What is a private tuk tuk tour in Lisbon?

What is included in the price of the tour?
Your tour includes your private tuk tuk, your local guide, and the sightseeing experience described for your chosen tour.
Some food and drink experiences, attraction entrance fees, ferry tickets, or other activities may not be included in the tour price. When planning your itinerary, we’ll let you know which experiences have an additional cost so there are no surprises.
How many people can travel in one tuk tuk?
Our tuk tuk can accommodate up to 4 guests, making our tours ideal for couples, families, or small group of friends. If you are travelling with a large group, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help arrange the best option for your experience.
Where does the tour start and finish?
Our standard tours can start and finish at a convenient central location in Lisbon, such as Praça da Figueira Square.If you would prefer to start or finish somewhere else, such as your hotel, accommodation, cruise terminal, or another convenient location, please let us know when making your booking. We’ll do our best to make the arrangements as convenient as possible.
Can we customise our tour and choose which places we want to visit?
Our standard tour follows carefully planned routes so you can make the most of your time, but we can adapt the experience to your interest whenever possible. If you love history, photography, food, architecture, gardens, viewpoints, shopping, or discovering local neighbourhoods, tell us what you enjoy and we’ll help you create the perfect experience.

Can we change or cancel our booking?
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and booking-change policy will depend on the conditions of your reservation. Please check the cancellation terms provided when you make your booking, or contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We’ll always do our best to find a solution whenever circumstances allow.
Are tuk tuk tours suitable for children?
Yes! Tuk tuk tours can be fun and memorable way for families to discover Lisbon. Children can enjoy seeing the city’s colourful streets, viewpoints, historic monuments, and the neighbourhood from the tuk tuk. We can also adapt the experience to include family-friendly attractions such as the Oceanário, Lisbon Zoo, or the Telecabine.

What languages are available during the tour?
Our tours can be offered in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
if you would like your tour in another language, please contact us before booking. Depending on availability, we may be able to arrange additional language support for your private experience.
What happens it it rains?
Don’t worry - Lisbon’s weather can change, but a little rain doesn’t have to stop the experience.
Our tuk tuk is equipped to provide protection from the weather, and we’ll adapt the route and stops when necessary to keep you comfortable.If the weather conditions are severe enough to make the tour unsafe or unsuitable, we’ll contact you to discuss the best alternative, such as changing the time or date of your tour. Our priority is always your safety and comfort.
What happens if we want to spend more time at a particular stop and make extra stops during the tour? Will there be an additional charge?
Our tours are designed to be flexible, and we want you to enjoy the experience at your own pace. If you’d like to spend a little more time at a particular viewpoint, take more photographs, or make an additional short stop, we’ll always do our best to accommodate you within the scheduled tour time. If you would like to add several additional stops or extend the tour beyond the duration you originally booked, an additional charge may apply, depending on the extra time required. Don't worry-we’ll always discuss this with you first. There will never be an unexpected additional charge. Our priority is to make your experience enjoyable and relaxed, while ensuring that we can keep the itinerary and timing of your tour on track.
Which tour is the best for a first visit to Lisbon?
That depends on how much time you have and what you most like to experience.
